Do all our staff need to be members to access resources?
The subscription licenses members to access and use any material downloaded from Coaching Club [Before reproducing articles from Coaching Club, please ask the author's permission]. Anyone who will be using resources from Coaching Club must therefore be a member.

Can I share my membership details with others?
In a word - no. The success of Coaching Club depends on members not abusing their membership by sharing their login details with others. For this reason we've built checks into our systems to help us spot any such abuse of members' rights. We reserve the right to terminate membership immediately, without notice, if we suspect login details have been shared.

How can I pay?
Payments can be made by VISA, Bankcard, Mastercard and American Express.  If you would like to make alternative payment arrangements please email: info@coachingclub.com.au.

What happens if I decide to cancel my membership?
If you decide to cancel your membership, your rights to use material from the Coaching Club will terminate. Any resource material you have downloaded from Coaching Club should be destroyed to ensure you do not contravene our copyrights. Cancellation will also mean that you'll miss out on all the new material that we add after your cancellation is processed.

Can I get a refund for fees paid if I cancel my membership?
No, cancellations do not warrant a refund of annual memberships.
